We’re well on our way with AEC 4.0, and have only a few more features to polish up before we’re ready for a beta. Expect a beta some time this week.
For existing subscribers, head to your member’s section and enable the newsletter option to keep in the loop of all the beta releases.
As promised in the title, here are some more features added to AEC 4.0.
Now, users of AEC can choose to see icons only.

AEC users can now drag/drop/disable items in the dropdown menu.
Sortable Dropdown Options
From the above options, you can drag/drop across columns, re-order the options, and disable each individual option by clicking on the image.
The screenshot below shows the resulting dropdown menu.

The “Classic” and “Icons Only” view also has drag/drop/disable capability.

Just like the dropdown, users can re-order and disable select items.

One long-requested feature has been the ability to preview the icons set before saving. AEC 4.0 now has this feature.
