Ability to disable commenting for anonymous users and admin users separately.

Brand new admin panel
After the Deadline integration on a post, in the comment-editor pop-up, and in the e-mail pop-up.
Expanded comment area option on a post. User can enter their comment and submit within this pop-up.
Added ability to “expand” the comment-editor pop-up to the width/height of the browser window. This should make editing long comments easier.
Admin can customize the dropdown menu with a drag/drop interface in the admin panel.
Admin can customize the classic and icons-only view with a drag/drop interface in the admin panel.
Added feature to disable trackbacks from showing up on a blog.
Added feature to remove no-follow from comment and author links.
Added in no-self-ping feature.
Added in feature to remove a authentication key.
Added Icon preview in the admin panel.
Added in a “trash” option in the Advanced view of the comment-edit popup.

Resolved “Request Deletion” bug to be more theme compatible. Now it displays a message on the original comment and removes the editing features.
Added CSS Sprites to make the icons load faster.
Added dynamic stylesheets to allow for only two stylesheets. This resolves the issues of unnecessary styles loading, and fixes some RTL issues.
Added option in “Performance” to allow scripts to be loaded in the footer. Default is “on”.
Added in option in “Performance” to use compressed JavaScripts. Default is “on”.
Fixed bug in “e-mail.php” where users received a fatal call to wp_verify_nonce.
Fixed localization bug that resulted in conflicts with WP PostViews and various breadcrumb scripts.
Fixed restore bug in the “Trash” view in the admin panel.
Fixed bug in “Edit” screen where “More Options” will toggle between “More Options” and “Less Options”.
