Ajay D’Souza
Ajay D’Souza is co-author of the Ajax Edit Comments plugin. He serves as the main interface to the plugin’s translators and assists with marketing.
Ajay is originally from Mumbai, India and has a MBA in Finance (as well as a Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering).
He started blogging in October 2003 when he started his personal blog Ajay – On the Road called Life. Before that, he had tried his hand at designing websites (still does), with his first being on Sherlock Holmes, which has today evolved into Sir Arthur Conan Doyle – His Life, All His Works and More.
He started his technology blog titled Techtites about two years back in a bid to impart his knowledge in this field to interested persons. He has also contributed towards WordPress via numerous themes and plugins.

Ronald Huereca is co-author of the Ajax Edit Comments plugin. He primarily handles the various bugs and major version releases, as well as assists in marketing.
Ronald currently calls Austin, Texas home. He has a Master’s in Business Administration (as well as a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology).

Martin Miklas
Martin Miklas
Martin Miklas is the Chief Strategy Officer for AjaxEditComments.com. He has experience as the head of marketing for the largest organic foods company in the Czech Republic. At this company, he realized that blogs can be used as an effective marketing tool. He started his own blog in the Slovak language to educate people about this medium.
Martin also translates WordPress plugins (including Ajax Edit Comments) into Slovak in his free time. Martin loved Ajax Edit Comments so much that he invested a few afternoons into translating the different versions of the plugin. From an exchange of e-mails with plugin authors Ajay and Ron, Martin was brought on-board the AEC team.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Martin is devoted to overseeing the marketing aspects that facilitate the growth of both AEC and AEC’s site. Martin also oversees customer relations to ensure that AEC subscribers receive the best customer service possible.
Martin has a wife and two kids. He speaks fluent English, German, Slovak and Czech.

Bes joins the AEC team as the Social Media Director. He is the main translator interface and also the “face” of AEC when it comes to contacting third-party sites and using social media.
Bes has a Masters in Business in Administration and is the CEO of Infura, and runs The Reader Appreciation Project, The Reasoner, and Eyeography.
